As such students are able to better link what is being learnt in the science classroom to life outside of the the laboratories.
Activity: The teacher will take students to the computer lab and students will be allowed to explore the sciencenetwork website for a few minutes. Teacher will then ask students to make a fact file about three ways in which Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultural practices have contributed to the conservation of sustainable ecosystems.
